Artificial Intelligence and Public Procurement
At the annual IT Procurement Conference in Bern hosted by Institute for Public Sector Transformation, Martina Arioli spoke about AI procurement, the essentials for procurement contracts, and the voluntary standard contractual clauses issued by the EU Public Buyers Community in September 2023.
