At the annual IT Procurement Conference in Bern hosted by Institute for Public Sector Transformation, Martina Arioli spoke about AI procurement, the essentials for procurement contracts, and the voluntary standard contractual clauses issued by the EU Public Buyers Community in September 2023. Martina Arioli co-moderated the panel on «AI Regulation in Switzerland» at the 2024 edition of Swiss IGF in Bern.
